We prepare every order with the utmost care before it leaves our premises. Orders received by 3:00 PM on a working day are usually shipped on the same day. Orders placed after this time will be processed on the following working day.

- Choose an alternative delivery option — such as a packing station or DHL branch
- Arrange for delivery to a neighboring person

Upon successful delivery by DHL, the order is considered properly delivered. From this point on, we cannot assume liability for loss or damage to the goods.

If you opt for an alternative delivery option — such as a drop-off authorization, delivery to a neighbor, or a self-chosen pick-up point — this is done at your own risk. In these cases, our liability for potential losses or damages is waived.
