Right of Withdrawal & Returns

Right of Withdrawal

14 days — without giving reasons

You have the right to withdraw your order within 14 days without giving any reason. The withdrawal period begins on the day on which you or a person designated by you took possession of the goods.

To exercise your right of withdrawal, a clear notification by email to us is sufficient. An informal message with your order number and a note about the withdrawal is enough.

Note

To meet the deadline, it is sufficient that you send the notification of exercising the right of withdrawal before the 14-day period expires.

Return Conditions

What we expect

For a smooth return process, we ask you to observe the following conditions:

The jewelry is unworn and shows no signs of use
The item is in its original condition
All tags and labels are present and not removed
The goods are returned in their original packaging

Please note

You have the right to examine the goods to the extent that would be possible in a retail store. Any use beyond this — such as wearing with contact to perfume, water, or cosmetics — may reduce the value of the goods. In this case, we reserve the right to claim appropriate compensation for the reduction in value.

Special Note

High-Quality Jewelry — careful handling

Since our products are high-quality jewelry, we ask for particularly careful handling during the inspection phase. Please avoid:

Scratches or mechanical damage
Contact with perfume, water, or cosmetics
Visible signs of wear of any kind

Refund

Fast & uncomplicated

After receipt and inspection of the return, the refund will be processed via the original payment method. The value of the goods and the original shipping costs for standard shipping will be refunded in accordance with legal regulations.

Processing time

After receiving and checking the goods, the refund will be processed as quickly as possible, but no later than within 14 days.

Note on Price Fluctuations

Material Values & Prices

The prices of our jewelry can vary due to material values such as the price of gold. We would like to point out that your legal right of withdrawal is in no way restricted by this. In the event of a withdrawal, we will always refund the purchase price you paid.

Register return online

To process your return quickly and smoothly, we ask you to register it in advance via our return form. You only need your order number and your last name.

Return Shipment

How to return

The costs of the return shipment are to be borne by the customer, unless otherwise agreed. We strongly recommend shipping the return insured and with tracking.

Important

We cannot assume liability for returns without proof of shipment. Please keep the proof of postage carefully until the return process is completed.
