Lifetime Guarantee
Every piece is and remains authentic.
We guarantee for life and unconditionally that every piece of jewelry purchased from PAEEZE is made of genuine 18-carat gold — as described and advertised. This promise applies indefinitely and without exception.
The authenticity guarantee includes in detail:
- The materials used correspond to the stated specifications — 18-carat gold
- Every piece of jewelry is checked for authenticity and quality before shipping
- Production is carried out exclusively by certified goldsmiths in Italy
- In case of legitimate doubts about the authenticity of a piece, we are always available for inspection
- You will receive the corresponding guarantee card with your order.
Legal Rights
Legal Warranty
In addition to our authenticity guarantee, the statutory warranty rights naturally apply. The statutory warranty period is two years from the delivery of the goods.
In the event of defects that already existed at the time of delivery, you have the right to rectification, replacement delivery, reduction or — in the event of failure of subsequent performance — withdrawal from the contract.

The legal warranty and our lifetime authenticity guarantee exist independently of each other and are not mutually exclusive.
Transparency
What we do not guarantee
We want to be honest and transparent: Beyond the lifetime authenticity guarantee and the legal warranty, we do not provide any further manufacturer's guarantee — for example, for normal wear and tear, scratches from daily use, or damage caused by improper handling.
We recommend following our care instructions to maintain the beauty of your jewelry in the long term.
Care Instructions
Store your jewelry in a dry, dark place. Avoid contact with perfume, cosmetics, and water. If necessary, clean the piece gently with a soft, dry cloth.
