Order & Delivery
Choose your desired piece of jewelry, add it to your cart, and follow the steps in the checkout. After completion, you will receive a confirmation email with your order summary.
For standard shipping, allow 2–3 business days; for express shipping, 1–2 business days. Orders placed by 3:00 PM on a business day are usually shipped the same day.
Please contact us as soon as possible via email. As long as your order has not yet been shipped, we will do our best to accommodate changes or cancellations.
As soon as your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with your personal tracking number. You can use this to track your shipment at any time on the DHL website.
We deliver within Germany and to all member states of the European Union. For deliveries outside the EU, please contact us directly — we will review each case individually and find a solution together.
Payment
We accept all common payment methods — including credit card (Visa, Mastercard, Amex), PayPal, Apple Pay, Google Pay, Klarna, and Shop Pay. The available options will be displayed at checkout.
Yes. All transactions are processed via an SSL-encrypted connection. We do not store your payment data at any time — processing is done directly through our certified payment providers on the Shopify platform.
Payment is collected immediately after your order is placed. For Klarna, the provider's respective payment terms apply.
Returns & Exchanges
You have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receipt without giving any reason. Further information can be found on our Returns page.
Simply use our returns form. Enter your order number and last name — we'll take care of the rest.
After receiving and inspecting the goods, the refund will be processed as quickly as possible, but no later than 14 days — via the original payment method used.
The return costs are borne by the customer, unless otherwise agreed. We strongly recommend that returns are made insured and with tracking.
Products & Materials
All our jewelry is made of 18-karat gold. We place great emphasis on tested material quality and timeless craftsmanship.
Our pieces are crafted in Italy — a country with one of the oldest and most renowned goldsmithing traditions in the world. Each piece is created with artisanal care and attention to detail.
Store your jewelry in a dry place, away from light — ideally in the provided packaging. Avoid contact with perfume, cosmetics, and water. If necessary, gently clean the piece with a soft, dry cloth.
18-karat gold is generally very skin-friendly and well-tolerated by most people. If you have known metal allergies, we recommend consulting your doctor beforehand. For questions about specific alloys, please do not hesitate to contact us.
Each piece of jewelry is packaged with the utmost care — so that it arrives not only safely but also in a condition that lives up to the moment of receiving it.
Account & Other
No, you can also place an order as a guest without an account. However, having an account gives you the advantage of viewing your order history and completing future orders more quickly.
On the login page, click "Forgot password" and enter your email address. You will immediately receive a link to reset your password.
